How does monthly creative pricing work?

Each plan is quoted for your business. The price depends on your requirements — the type and volume of design and video work, the platforms you publish on and the turnaround you need. Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll recommend a plan and share a clear quotation.

Are prices displayed on the website?

No. Because every business needs a different mix of design and video, we share pricing directly after a short conversation about what you need. Each package button opens WhatsApp with a message ready to send.

What does unlimited mean in the Premium package?

You can submit as many eligible graphic design and video editing requests as you like during the month, within the agreed service scope. We work on a maximum of two active projects at a time; further requests wait in your queue and move into production as soon as an active project is completed.

Are revisions included?

Yes. Revision allowances are agreed in advance and written into your quotation or service agreement, so you know exactly what’s included before work begins.

Can I request photography or on-location video shoots?

Yes — WhiteFox also offers photography and on-location video production. These aren’t part of the monthly design and editing scope, so shoots, complex productions and other out-of-scope services are quoted separately.

How quickly will my projects be completed?

Turnaround times are agreed in advance as part of your plan. Actual timelines depend on the complexity of each project, how quickly feedback comes back and the production queue.

Can I change my package?

Yes. If your needs change, talk to us and we’ll help you move to the plan that fits. Changes are arranged around your monthly service period, in line with the terms confirmed when your subscription begins.
